Some Kirkland’s Home locations are set to shutter by the end of the year, but they will not be converted to Bed Bath & Beyond locations.

The Brand House Collective CEO and Director Amy Sullivan said during an analyst call on Sept. 16. that the company would close 25 locations by January due to lease expirations and that these locations would not be included in the two-year conversion plan.

The Brand House Collective announced on Sept. 15 that it sold Kirkland’s intellectual property to Bed Bath & Beyond for $10 million, a move Bed Bath & Beyond said would accelerate store conversions. Sullivan said on the analyst call that around 250 storefronts would make up the new Bed Bath & Beyond footprint.

Bed Bath & Beyond is attempting to make a comeback after filing for bankruptcy and closing all its stores in 2023. It reopened its first Bed Bath & Beyond Home near Nashville on Aug. 8, with two more opening in Tennessee since, according to the company’s store locator.

USA TODAY has reached out to Bed Bath & Beyond and The Brand House Collective for comment on the closures, but has not received an immediate response.

Here are the Kirkland’s Home locations that are reported to be closing so far.
