Fruita PD arrests woman accused of providing drugs that resulted in 1 death
FRUITA, Colo. (KREX) – A woman is suspected of distributing fentanyl that resulted in an overdose death, according to the Fruita Police Department.
Raylyn Foreman, 21, was taken into custody on Wednesday and charged with the distribution of a controlled substance over 50 grams resulting in death. She was also arrested on two unrelated warrants.
She was booked into the Mesa County Detention Facility on a $100,000 cash-only bond.
“We remain committed to protecting our community and holding those accountable who endanger lives through illegal drug activity. At the same time, we recognize the devastating impact addiction has on families in our community,” the police department stated.
