Reported deaths in Africa reached 251,976 and 9,603,012 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of 3,722,954 and 100,050 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 1,163,561 ) , Tunisia ( 1,035,884 ), Egypt ( 505,264 ), Libya ( 501,738 ), Ethiopia ( 469,819 ), and Kenya ( 323,454 ).
